Most facilitation will be conducted virtually (Zoom), with occasional opportunities for in-person delivery. What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience in higher education, academic research, laboratory work, K–12 education, or a combination of these contexts. • Experience using or understanding how AI is applied in research, such as data analysis, modeling, workflow automation, or literature synthesis, OR a willingness to speak from real academic research experience while integrating provided AI examples. • Demonstrated success facilitating interactive workshops for adult learners, both in person and virtually. • High energy, enthusiasm for the craft of teaching and learning, and a passion for educator growth. • Strong presence in front of groups and the ability to read a room, adjust pacing, and maintain engagement. • Tech-savviness and comfort navigating Zoom, arenaflex tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and digital materials. • A growth mindset and openness to feedback. • A self-starter attitude, reliability, timeliness, and professionalism.
