About the position

Responsibilities
- Maintain complex calendars and meeting series/cadences
- Manage & coordinate detailed travel plans
- Complete Meeting minute drafting and publishing
- Own expense reconciliation & collection
- Coordinate budget planning and tracking
- Plan team culture activities and QBRs
- Support town hall planning
- Support presentation deck reviews and editing
- Support with drafting communications
