This role requires the utmost dependability, integrity, and adherence to the highest ethical standards. Key duties include preparing essential correspondence and reports, ensuring strict confidentiality of all student, parent, guardian, and staff information, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws, as well as MDIRSS-AOS 91 policies and safety procedures. The assistant will also ensure the office operates smoothly, arrive and depart punctually, maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, manage schedules, and assist with various secretarial tasks, including student registration and file management.<br><br><strong>Terms Of Employment<br><br></strong>School year in accordance with the working agreement.
