Admin assistants needed for a variety of jobs including making phone calls.

Hi

My name is Benedict Nicholls and our company is KPA Property, we are a family-run, award winning Letting Agency in Bristol, England.

We are looking for multiple team members to help with admin support within the letting agency.

We have worked with VAs for many years and have VA team members who have been with us for almost 7 years now!

This role will include:

-Manage all admin when processing new tenants, which includes communicating with tenants via email and on the phone.

- Manage all admin when setting up a new property

- Market our rooms through various methods and book appointments in for viewings for new tenants.

- Be competent in completing one off tasks as instructed

- Updating the CRM accurately as tasks are completed.

These sound like a small tasks but they are not, there is a lot of work involved.

All of the work required will come with very detailed operating manuals and how to do it guides; however a level of personal autonomy may be required.

The skills I believe necessary to complete this work are:

- Fluency in English without a strong regional accent

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Proficient in web browsing and using various websites

- Database management

- General Admin skills

- An ability to work un-supervised

- To ask for clarity of instructions, if unsure on what to do

- Time management

- To be able to see a task through from start to finish in a logical sequence

- To be polite and friendly

- To report back with updates on task and complete to an agreed time-schedule

Please know that what I am looking for is long-term on-going work, we have worked with VAs for a long time and some of our team have been with us for 7 years! You would be a key part of our operations team and look forward to having a strong working relationship together.
