Admin Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)
We’re a growing business looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves getting things done, and wants to grow their skills in business operations and project management — while having the flexibility to balance work and family life.
You’ll work directly with the partners to support day-to-day admin tasks, help streamline processes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks — all while working remotely and on your own flexible schedule. (Occasional daytime meetings may be required.) This will be a 1099 position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbox and help with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist Clients with operational needs, such as people operations, business operations, some financial operations and etc
- Document control and preparation
- Support business operations and project management tasks
- Track data and help with simple reporting or analysis
- Schedule routine meetings and survey with clients
- Jump in to help wherever things need an extra hand
- Social Media Marketing experience welcome
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in admin, operations, or similar roles
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Gusto, ADP, QBO, Trello, Asana etc
- A basic understanding of how small businesses and projects run
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, integrious and excited to grow with the company
- Available for occasional daytime meetings (via Zoom or phone)
