The leader will spend their time partnering with site GMs, our Reconditioning Special Operations team along with other key cross-functional teams who are critical to executing seamless integrations. This role will be asked to travel with the existing Special Operations team and act as a senior leader and main resource when on-the-ground at Auction locations (up to 80% travel is required). Great candidates will have spent time leading within the ADESA auction business (internal candidates preferred) and have the demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders at all levels.
