Ad-hoc Full-Stack Web Developer (React, Next.js, Django)

About the Role Codingo is seeking a senior Full-Stack Web Developer capable of delivering production-ready web applications end-to-end. This role is suited for engineers who are comfortable designing, building, and deploying real systems used by paying clients. Candidates must be able to work independently across frontend and backend stacks, manage multiple concurrent projects, and leverage AI co-pilot tools as part of their day-to-day development workflow. Key Responsibilities You will design, develop, and deploy production-grade web applications, covering frontend, backend, and data layers. You will build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will develop and maintain backend services using frameworks such as Django and integrate RESTful APIs and databases. You will actively use AI co-pilot tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, v0, Cursor, and Antigravity for daily development tasks including coding, debugging, refactoring, architecture planning, and documentation. You will handle multiple client projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and code quality. Requirements You must have strong professional experience as a full-stack web developer, with proven ability to deliver production-level web applications. You should be proficient in React and Next.js for frontend development and comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should have hands-on experience with backend development using Django or similar frameworks. You must have practical experience using AI co-pilot tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, v0, Cursor, or Antigravity as part of your day-to-day workflow. You should be able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and deliver reliably under tight timelines. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Firebase, familiarity with arenaflex/CD pipelines, experience maintaining live production systems, and prior work in agency or consulting environments. Responsibilities • Lead the development of full-stack web applications utilizing React for front-end interfaces, Next.js for server-side rendering, and Django for back-end API services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business needs into robust software solutions. • Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between client-side applications and server-side logic. • Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices, database tuning (MySQL, SQL), and infrastructure management on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. • Maintain version control using GitHub and SVN; ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration workflows. • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality while adhering to security standards like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control). • Participate actively in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, stand-arenaflex, retrospectives, and documentation efforts. • Support deployment processes on Linux environments, ensuring reliable application releases and updates. • Stay current with emerging web development trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
