Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service.  The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).     

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.  

Acquisition Executive will be a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven leader responsible for the planning, development, and execution of growth campaigns across the region for Disney+. Acquisition Executive will craft tailored creative strategies that leverage regional opportunities, optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and learning, and manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle – starting with insight-led planning, through to briefing, creative delivery, approvals, localization, and delivery.  

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with local market teams, global stakeholders, media partners, and creative agencies to ensure campaign cohesion and consistency across touchpoints.  

Acquisition Executive will champion innovation by identifying new tools and tactics to enhance efficiency and performance (including through automation), and foster alignment across internal teams, ensuring that Disney+ campaigns across the region are executed with precision, creativity, and a clear focus on delivering measurable results. 

This is an office-based role with a hybrid setup: four days per week in our Hammersmith, London office, and one day remote. 

The Opportunity & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and optimize regional growth campaign strategies to meet acquisition KPIs, collaborating across local, regional, and global teams. 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, approvals, localization, and coordination across markets. 

  • Communicate and align campaign strategies and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to secure support. 

  • Drive innovation by partnering with Disney+ teams to integrate new growth tools that enhance performance and efficiency. 

  • Apply best practices in growth marketing to embed acquisition tactics within cross-functional campaigns and workflows. 

  • Continuously improve processes and systems, leading scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams and campaigns. 

 

The Experience We Require From You: 

 
Must-Have: 

  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing.  

  • Experience in a marketing role with creative campaign delivery experience  

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, matrix organization 

  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and project management skills. 

  • Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders 

  • Ability to analyse data to make strategic recommendations 

  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude 

  • Ability to work autonomously 

 

Nice-to-Have: 

  • Experience in global, EMEA, or local marketing teams 

  • Experience working with creative tools, with a focus on automation (e.g. Canva, Adobe) 

  • Expereince working with project management tools (e.g. Airtable) 

  • Knowledge of the SVOD industry and/or a passion for entertainment and pop culture
