Account Manager - Agriculture

Full-Time | Experienced | Fully Remote | Agricultural Advertising

We’re seeking a seasoned Account Manager with deep agriculture experience to join our team in a fully remote role, helping drive integrated marketing programs for some of the most respected brands in the industry. This position requires someone who understands the end-to-end ag business from the people and products to the distribution channels, rhythms, and challenges that define farm life.


What You’ll Do


  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients across the ag industry
  • Lead development of strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets
  • Translate complex ag topics into clear, compelling communication that resonates with farmers,
ranchers, and growers
  • Partner with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver effective, on-time work
  • Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen brand presence
  • Bring authentic ag insight to every conversation, concept, and campaign


What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years’ experience working in or with an advertising/marketing agency
  • Genuine agricultural background - grew up on a farm or in rural America
  • Deep ag knowledge that understands livestock, crops, equipment, inputs, and the business side of
farming
  • Ability to confidently distinguish between breeds, tools, and practices because you’ve lived
it
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign development
  • Ability to speak naturally and respectfully to farmers, ranchers, and producers
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Passion for supporting and elevating the agriculture community
