About The Role We are seeking a driven, organized, and consultative Account Executive to manage and grow sales opportunities within our mid-market customer segment. This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives in a structured sales process, can independently manage opportunities from initial engagement through close, and is comfortable selling technology-driven solutions. This position also offers a clear growth path for high performers to take on larger, more complex opportunities as experience, consistency, and deal scope increase. What You’ll Do • Own and manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities through the full sales cycle • Qualify and nurture leads to determine fit, scope, complexity, and potential value • Conduct discovery calls and run product demonstrations • Present solutions, pricing, and proposals aligned to customer needs • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and pipeline reporting • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align opportunities based on complexity and future growth potential • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota • Support smooth transitions to onboarding, account management, or support teams • Travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or strategic engagements What We’re Looking For Required Experience & Skills • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience • Demonstrated ability to manage deals from qualification through close • Experience selling technology-based solutions • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex Office / arenaflex 365 • Comfortable running live demos and executive-level presentations • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated, competitive, and quota-driven • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Preferred (Nice To Have) • Experience in security, risk, public safety, or related industries • Experience selling data, analytics, or report-based solutions • Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based platforms • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission • On-arenaflex earnings (OTE) aligned with experience and performance • Performance-based accelerators for exceeding quota • Benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and holidays • Travel expenses reimbursed Compensation is designed to reward consistent performance, deal quality, and long-term account value.
